I can't help thinking that the technician rigged the connection somehow so we won't be able to use Wi-Fi without bowing to them and buying their 'official' router. I'm wondering if any BayanDSL subscribers have experienced the same and if you did, how you resolved it. I don't want to reset the modem and lose the singular-internet access we have at the moment. It's a big problem because we rarely use the PC, and we really need the Wi-Fi for my mobile devices. We have internet only if we connect the modem directly to the computer. Now, no matter how we reconfigure our Wi-Fi router (Linksys E1200), it won't connect to the internet. Before, I seem to remember that our connection setup was directly via LAN. Our internet connection broke down a few days ago and Bayantel came to fix it by setting up a PPPoE connection.

I'm desperate, and I'm not sure if this is appropriate. īayanDSL supplies an all-in-one WiFi Router/Modem device for at least some of its home DSL subscribers.
